This walk-up building in NYC was the recipient of a top to bottom renovation. To match the new interiors and revamped commercial spaces, the crumbling stucco exterior was replaced with a new facade. The revamped exterior is clad in untreated cedar strips, horizontally laminated. At each entry location, new glass doors were installed and topped with welded steel awnings.
